Given that Osceola was the only place in the state that seemed to have snow, everyone came! We had a record crowd of 43 people, with around 13 novices. Race results are posted on the Syracuse Biathlon site at http://www.syracusebiathlon.com/. Pie and beer were given away to the fastest skiers and best shooting. Check out

There is no day of race registration, so please register today at; https://www.empirestatewintergames.com/registration/general Novice and boy/girl classes can race at the Empire State Games this year. The Empire State Games biathlon will be on February 5th. You can register at; https://www.empirestatewintergames.com/registration/general Novices are eligible for this event, but there will be no safety clinic at the event , so first time racers will not be eligible.
